If an error message prompts you to insert a disk, probably not all affordable files for the installation have been downloaded, or the file names have been changed. All files need to be saved in the same folder and feature their original names to be recognized.

A reason for the error message might be a conflict with already installed software or active processes (mainly antivirus software). If the error message still appears after the re-download of the files, please contact our support.
